Nicola Woodward
Nicola is a leading expert in tax depreciation. She is a Chartered Surveyor and has a Master of Taxation from the UNSW. Nicola is also an Accredited Green Star Professional. Nicola is Vice Chair of the VicTas division of the RICS and is Chair of the ADPIA Conference & Events Committee. Nicola sits on various taxation committees for the Property Council of Australia. As well as providing valuable tax depreciation support to clients and their advisors she is involved in client development.

Harry Hird
Based in Melbourne, Harry has invaluable experience in the Australian construction and property industry having worked in many capacities on major commercial, industrial, retail and residential projects since 1983. Harry offers clients broad based quantity surveying services that range from cost planning, financial reporting to capital allowances and tax depreciation. Alongside running the Melbourne office, Harry heads up Apex’s Quality Assurance Team ensuring that a high level of quality and consistency is maintained nationally. Harry is a member of the AIQS.

Michael Ross
Michael has both a degree in Construction Management (Building) from Newcastle University and an Executive MBA from the AGSM. He is a member of the AIQS with experience in construction, quantity surveying and the specialist disciplines of tax depreciation and asset services. Michael is heavily involved in client advisory on a national basis as well as being integral to Apex’s product development that provides tailored reporting, improved efficiency and accuracy.

Peter Mildenhall
Peter has extensive experience in the property and construction industry, focusing on capital allowances and quantity surveying services. Pete commenced his professional career in London before relocating to Australia in 2004. He is responsible for managing the Sydney office and works closely with Harry to implement quality assurance procedures. Peter is an active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Association of Taxation Technicians.

Keith Merry
Keith has over 18 years experience in building and associated services and has held senior roles with property consulting and construction organisations and has a particular interest in building sustainability. Keith is a Green Star Accredited Professional, an accredited Retirement Village Surveyor with Aged Care Queensland Incorporated and is a former Qld Chairman of the CIBSE. Keith has developed Apex's service delivery into the areas of technical due diligence, condition auditing, make good & aged care consulting.

Gary Baxter
Gary has over 30 years experience in building services design and consulting including expertise in energy conservation and sustainability. He is a NABERS Accredited Assessor and Green Star Accredited Professional. He has practical experience of energy conservation in commercial building refurbishments and various new build projects, as well as extensive due diligence experience throughout Australia and New Zealand. Gary has invaluable knowledge and experience across all properties classes.
