Cadet Quantity Surveyors - Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane
 
Apex Property Consulting is a young, national, multi-disciplined firm of chartered surveyors. Our expansion has resulted in a need for the appointment of cadet QS's in our local offices.
We wish to hear from you if you:

  • are undertaking or have recently completed a degree in Construction Management
  • are eligible for membership of the AIQS or RICS
  • have excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly personality

We can offer a variety and work along with a high level of responsibility and client interaction.
Remuneration will be commensurate with level of skill and experience. The roles will be full time permanent once your studies have been completed.
 
Office Manager - Sydney
 
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our creative team of professionals in Sydney.
Reporting directly to the Sydney director the successful candidate will coordinate professional administration support to optimise the efficiency of the office and provide excellent front of house service to all clients.
Demonstrated skills in the following areas will be required:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate/Advance invoicing and accounts experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially word and excel
  • A capacity to deal with client enquiries in an effective, proactive and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
